SinOAlice Playlist= This is how I jump straight into higher power content. With barely any time into the game. You can use the s. Just recently during GREE's fiscal year 2019 Q1 presentation, they announced the release of an English version of several popular Japanese games like SINoALICE and Another Eden. Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? Memoria Freese is also part of the list but is looking to expand to other region (China). There's no release dates announced during the presentation but we can all.

So a full english release on the iOS or Google Play store is pretty much not gonna succeed financially. They could go the way of Granblue Fantasy and add an english version of the game, but again, depends on how many people would find interest in playing this game.An example would be Fate/Grand Order run by Delightworks and Type-Moon. They first ran the JP server for about a while and a while and a half before they made the decision to release the game on American app stores. They used IP addresses of players and checked how many are from America. I don't have exact numbers, but it had to be high enough that the decided to fully port the game earlier this year. Type-Moon also had the ENTIRE Fate series, Melty Blood, Kara no Kyoukai and Tsukihime to run on also to grab people's attention. That is sadly something SINoALICE doesn't have so take away points from international recognition.Granblue Fantasy, like I stated earlier, added a langauge option and that was very successful.
But what kept them afloat was that they still make people download from the official JP app stores, an app that lets you play (legally) on Google Chrome browser, or an APK download site. Basically they can have a count on all players without changing countries to check downloads and such. GBF's release was big, but leagues bigger than SINo.SINo had like 8 days(?) maintenance at launch which killed off a lot of potential players during that period. Currently, I highly doubt there are enough players in America for Pokelabo to implement an english option and very very very little chance for the game to be ported to American or global stores. If say Nier: Automata were to advertise the game it would have a chance to gather more potential English players, but is a pretty high gamble.A game in SINoALICE's situation, where it didn't have enough attention in America, was Phantom of the Kill. PotK is pretty nice as it is now, but mainly because it had a HUGE advertisement block at Anime Expo 2016(or 2015, my memory fails me) in Los Angeles.
A company that helps run PotK, Gumi, boughtout a large section of the Exhibition Hall at AX, and used an existing Gumi title game (Brave Frontier) to advertise and promote PotK downloads. That actually helped downloads.
What also helps is that they completely ripped off Fire Emblem's battle system but replaced all the characters with girls. And, again, SINo has maybe Nier to run on for promotions.Pokelabo would need to do something drastic or wayyy outside the box to grab the attention of people who don't know this game exists to go through with anything English that aren't our heroines.I haven't been keeping up with this game or it's news, but I can't imagine an English option would be anywhere for another few months to a year.
I know i'm replying way after this originally was posted.I never really understood why it takes so long for global releases. Can they not use the same server internationally? If they can, then additional financials could just be a bigger server (instead of multiple servers), translation team - which realistically could just be freelance work, and maintaining presence on app store. The later 2 factors aren't exactly expensive.
So if SinoAlice is reasonably profitable as it is, I don't see what causes these long delays, beyond the company wanting to have 'oh we ha da great launch in country X'.
